In the unlikely event that Yenos Analytical loses, damages, or mishandles your specimen, OncuraKit will provide a full replacement kit and repeat analysis at no charge. Laboratory errors are tracked through the internal chain-of-custody system — if a specimen is received but not processed within expected timeframes, the laboratory's quality system flags it for investigation. If you have not received results within 12 business days of confirmed lab receipt, contact OncuraKit immediately.
