What is the OncuraKit refund policy?
OncuraKit has a tiered refund policy: Full refund — available if your order is cancelled before the kit ships. If your sample fails quality control at the lab (insufficient material, compromised specimen) through no fault of your own, we will send a replacement kit at no charge. Partial refund — not generally available once the kit has shipped, as the kit itself, shipping, and lab preparation costs are incurred. No refund — once your specimen has been received and processed by Yenos Analytical, the lab analysis is underway and no refund is possible.
