Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund if the kit has not yet shipped. To cancel before shipment, contact us immediately at support@oncura.health with your order number. If your kit has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order but you are not required to use the kit. Once you have returned the kit to the lab (i.e., once your specimen has been received by Yenos Analytical), the analysis process begins and no refund is possible at that point. If you decide not to use the kit after it arrives, simply do not collect a sample — the unused kit can be discarded safely. Contact our support team with any order-related concerns.
