What should I do if my kit arrives damaged?
If your OncuraKit arrives damaged, do not use it — a compromised collection cup or breached bio-safe mailer could result in an invalid sample. Take photos of the damaged packaging and kit components, then contact us at support@oncura.health with your order number and the photos. We will ship a replacement kit at no charge via expedited shipping. Common damage scenarios we handle include: broken collection cup, missing collection materials, pre-opened or compromised bio-safe mailer, illegible or missing collection instructions. Please report damage within 5 days of receiving your kit so we can arrange a timely replacement.
