What happens if my specimen is lost in transit?

Although overnight specimen shipping is reliable, lost packages do occasionally occur. If your specimen has not been received by Yenos Analytical within 3 business days of shipping (as tracked by your shipping confirmation), contact OncuraKit customer support immediately. We will work with USPS or FedEx to locate the package. If the specimen is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement collection kit at no charge and you will need to collect a fresh sample. For this reason, always request a receipt from the postal clerk confirming the package was accepted — this provides a tracking confirmation in case of disputes.
