How often should I order OncuraKit?

Yenos Analytical recommends annual screening for adults over 60 — ordering one OncuraKit per year to establish a consistent monitoring baseline and catch any emerging cancer signal as early as possible. Adults under 60 with elevated risk factors may also benefit from annual screening. After a normal result, your next recommended test is approximately 12 months later. After an elevated result that leads to a negative diagnostic workup (follow-up imaging and biopsy found no cancer), we recommend retesting in 3–6 months in consultation with your physician — the miRNA elevation may warrant closer monitoring. All re-testing decisions should be made with your physician's guidance.
