What temperature range can the sample tolerate during shipping?

The OncuraKit urine sample with Yenos preservation media is validated to maintain miRNA integrity during shipping at ambient temperatures from approximately 4°C (refrigerator temperature) to 37°C (body temperature), and with brief excursions up to 40°C as may occur in a warm delivery vehicle. The preservation media prevents RNA degradation within this temperature range for up to 72 hours post-collection — well beyond the overnight shipping time. The sample should never be frozen (freezing and thawing can disrupt exosome structure and alter miRNA recovery).
