Second, the bracketing protocol uses known calibration standards in every run to verify measurement accuracy before reporting patient results. Third, every flow cell is tested for baseline current stability (180 pA) before a patient sample is loaded. Fourth, chain-of-custody documentation accompanies every sample from the moment it leaves the patient's home.
