What quality control measures does Yenos Analytical use?
Yenos Analytical employs multiple quality control layers for every sample processed. First, the internal control miRNA (miR-15b-5p) is measured alongside the cancer biomarkers — if its level is outside the expected range, the test is flagged for technical review. Second, the bracketing protocol uses known calibration standards in every run to verify measurement accuracy before reporting patient results. Third, every flow cell is tested for baseline current stability (180 pA) before a patient sample is loaded. Fourth, chain-of-custody documentation accompanies every sample from the moment it leaves the patient's home. Fifth, any sample that does not meet minimum quality thresholds (e.g., insufficient total RNA content) is flagged and the patient is notified for a repeat collection at no charge.
