How is my privacy protected at the lab?

At Yenos Analytical, your specimen is handled using your Specimen ID only — not your full name or personally identifying information on the specimen itself. The chain-of-custody form is handled separately from the analytical workflow, and the linkage between your Specimen ID and your personal identity is maintained only in OncuraKit's secure, HIPAA-compliant system. Laboratory personnel process your specimen based on its Specimen ID without necessarily knowing your personal details. All Yenos Analytical personnel who handle clinical specimens are bound by HIPAA Business Associate Agreement obligations. Results are transmitted electronically from Yenos to OncuraKit's secure platform, never through unsecured email or fax.
