Can I take OncuraKit if I have had an organ transplant?

Solid organ transplant recipients take immunosuppressive medications (tacrolimus, mycophenolate, cyclosporine, prednisone) to prevent rejection. These medications alter immune function and can affect miRNA expression — though generally less dramatically than chemotherapy. Transplant recipients also have significantly elevated cancer risk (2–10× higher than the general population) due to chronic immunosuppression, making cancer screening particularly important for this group.
