Can I take OncuraKit while breastfeeding?

Breastfeeding (lactation) is associated with hormonal changes (elevated prolactin, altered estrogen/progesterone ratios) and ongoing physiological changes that may affect circulating miRNA levels. As a precaution, we recommend waiting until breastfeeding has completely ceased and regular menstrual cycles have resumed (indicating hormonal normalization) before taking OncuraKit. This typically occurs 2–3 months after breastfeeding cessation. If you are breastfeeding a toddler and want to test, discuss with your physician — partial breastfeeding with established regular menstrual cycles may represent a lower risk of interference than exclusive breastfeeding in the immediate postpartum period.
