If you are traveling internationally, you cannot use the pre-paid US domestic return label from abroad — international specimen shipping requires different procedures. Wait until you return to the US before collecting and mailing your specimen. Also note the Friday/holiday shipping restriction — avoid collecting on days that would result in the specimen sitting in transit over a weekend.
