When will I receive confirmation that my order was placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing checkout. This email includes your order number, a summary of your purchase, the shipping address, and an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at support@oncura.health — sometimes email confirmation delays occur. Your order can also be viewed in your OncuraKit dashboard under 'My Orders' immediately after checkout.
