How many samples can Yenos analyze per day?

Each MinION flow cell analyzes one patient sample per run. A typical nanopore run for miRNA quantification takes several hours. The Yenos laboratory has multiple MinION devices and can run several samples in parallel. As demand scales, additional flow cells and devices can be added without changing the core protocol. This scalability is a practical advantage of the MinION/Yenos platform — additional hardware units can be added as needed. The 5–7 day turnaround from receipt at the lab accounts for sample processing, nanopore analysis, confirmatory testing if needed, quality review, and report generation.
