How do I read my OncuraKit results report?

Your results report shows four key pieces of information for each miRNA marker: (1) The marker name (miR-21-5p, miR-375-3p, miR-141-3p for cancer markers; miR-15b-5p for the internal control); (2) Your HL score โ€” the ratio of your miRNA expression to the healthy reference level (e.g., 1.02ร— HL means your expression is 2% above the healthy reference average); (3) Classification โ€” 'Normal' if your HL score is below 1.5ร— HL, or 'Elevated' if at or above 1.5ร— HL; (4) Internal control status โ€” 'Valid' if miR-15b-5p is in the expected range (confirming the test ran correctly). The overall result summary at the top of the report reflects whether any cancer marker was elevated. If all three cancer markers are Normal, the overall result is Normal. If any marker is Elevated, the overall result is Elevated.
