How do physicians order OncuraKit for their patients?

Physicians and clinical practices can become OncuraKit Clinical Partners to streamline ordering for their patients. Clinical partners receive: a dedicated provider portal for ordering kits on behalf of patients, patient communications and consent forms, clinical interpretation guides and report templates, direct integration with common EHR systems (in development), and dedicated clinical support from OncuraKit's medical team. Patients of clinical partners receive kits directly from their provider or mailed to their home. Billing can be direct-to-patient or through the practice depending on the arrangement.
