Yes — you can order OncuraKit for a family member. During checkout, you will provide the shipping address where the kit should be delivered and the name of the person who will be collecting the sample. Each kit is linked to one individual and should not be shared between multiple people. The chain-of-custody form inside the kit must be completed with the specimen donor's (not the purchaser's) information. Results will be delivered to the dashboard of the account registered for that specific kit. If you are ordering for a family member who does not have their own OncuraKit account, you can create an account on their behalf or contact us for assistance.
